Commercial premises of varying sizes, all unbeatably located, are available in the new “Antiguo Varadero” commercial area within the marina facilities. Services include parking, public toilets, phone booths, ATM, green zones, marquees and terraces.

This area has a continuously increasing number of passers-by, mainly clients of the marina, local residents and guests from the hotels in the area. Other visitors include the many nautical tourists (Catamarans, Submarine Safari, charter yachts and fishing boats…), visitors to the Puerto Calero Art Gallery and the Canary Islands Whale Museum, clients of the many shops, bars and restaurants and workers from the area. In high season there are approximately 3000 passers-by daily and in the low season, approximately 1,800.

There are currently 21 restaurants, 4 bars/cafes, 3 boutiques, 1 supermarket, 1 jeweller’s, 1 homeopathic clinic, 1 gift shop, 1 beauty shop, 1 art gallery, 1 ships’ chandlers and 1 diving school.
